Alice Rochester
Alice is a lover of bright colours and her work combines this sense of fun with organic shapes to produce jewellery that is both dramatic and elegant.
Alice showed a very early interest in jewellery by making her own necklaces at the tender age of 7. She carried her love of jewellery through her teenage years and decided to make design her career, enrolling on the Product and Furniture Design BA at DeMontfort University in Leicester.
During her degree, she learnt a great deal about practical design and she combined this with great flair and creativity. After graduating she exhibited a modular contract seating solution at the "New Designers' Exhibition" and won the BCFA Award for this project. Alice was also presented with the opportunity to exhibit at the INDEX Exhibition in Dubai.
Alice never lost sight of her love of jewellery, and jumped at the opportunity to join the company. Her strong grounding and education in design, together with her obvious passion for jewellery, makes her a first rate senior jewellery designer and resident expert on ethical jewellery.
